There are so many reasons for this concept of My Bungalow Holiday.  Ok first off, it’s not always a holiday if you can imagine- old house, rural location, property to take care of, animals to tend to…but as my son says, “It feels like you’re on vacation.”

When I think of coming home after work, I smile.

There are so many aspects of life to living in the mountains in Northern California. For me, commuting to a job, trying to work out which projects to do on weekends to update or maintain our home which can often be a little overwhelming, but to me it’s worth it!
